When you get behind the wheel of a new INEOS Grenadier, you’ll want to put it to the test. Take the ultimate SUV out on these Maryland off-road trails and experience the natural wonders of our state while you cruise through dirt, mud, and anything else the road has to throw at you. If you love off-road driving as much as we do at MileOne INEOS Grenadier, you’ll love taking on these trails.

Garrett State Forest

With more than 8,000 acres of land, the Garrett State Forest is a perfect place to escape the everyday. Head down the Backbone Mountain trail or the Snaggy Mountain trail, which gives you a scenic look at the state forest and all the way up to Swallow Falls. Finish your visit with a trip down the Wallman Road route, which takes you along the Potomac River for a length 3.9-mile drive.

Savage River State Forest

Don’t get lost — this massive state forest covers 54,000 acres! There’s only one trail here for four-wheel vehicles, the St. John's Rock ORV trail. If you love hiking, take on the 3.9-mile East Shale Road ORV Trail in your INEOS Grenadier, then enjoy the miles of hiking trails available from its ending point.

When Can I Head Off-Road?

When a snowy winter hits, driving off-road trails gets a lot more dangerous. Both parks close their trails to two- and four-wheel vehicles from December 15 to March 15, so start planning your next adventure now. Plus, don’t forget to get your INEOS Grenadier registered with the Maryland DNR and prominently display your registration sticker on your vehicle.
